My blog is MY place to do so. Now we dont do scheduled or free snacks anymore to prevent lows (lantus was awful hence why endo suggested scheduled free 15gc snacks). Those chocolate bars in the stores have insane amount of carbs and calories. And works great for lows too!

As for the exercise, well Im having more difficulties and way too many lows probably because my daily carb intake is so low. There is no cheating or "low-gluten". Low carb is always easier to manage as a type 1 diabetic.
