    I had seen enough blood, enough tears and enough pain. We want her to live a "normal" life free from testing and blood and pumps and cgms and carb counting and on and on and on. Do I hate that high blood sugars are like glass in her veins? That lows rob her brain of the sugar it needs to develop properly? Do you know what the H word is? This reminds me of a story my Mom once told me. She taught first grade and reading for over 33 years.

    Thankfully her pump was figuring up her dose and all she had to do was test her blood sugar and count her carbs correctly and enter them in.     One of the heated discussions that came up in that meeting was one that Kitty demanded to know more about: what the company was doing about blood glucose meters for the visually-impaired. Specifically, I tested the product called the Foracare TN'G (for Test N' Go) Voice blood glucose meter and test strips. However, in all, I am very comfortable recommending the Foracare TN'G Voice blood glucose meter and test strips to people with diabetes (PWD's) who are visually-impaired.
